Dr. Lonergan specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopy & complex reconstruction of the shoulder, elbow, & knee. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State
University College of Medicine, he completed his residency at Tripler Army Medical Center. Dr. Lonergan served fellowships in Sport Medicine at the US
Military Academy and in Joint and Soft Tissue Trauma at the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research. He was Chief of Sports Medicine & Shoulder Service at
Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center. His recent deployment as Chief of Orthopaedics at the major trauma center in Iraq earned him a Bronze Star.
