Orthopaedic Surgery
 Dr. Wood specialized in sports medicine and arthritis surgery. Earning his medical degree from the University of Pittsburg,
Dr. Wood then completed a surgical internship at Wake Forest University, residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the
University of Pittsburg and a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation fellowship at Tufts University in Boston, Ma.
Dr. Wood and his wife of 27 years reside in Simpsonville and have three children. As a former college athlete, Dr. Wood enjoys
sports and is an avid golfer.
