 Stanley Kotara joins the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas after having been in private practice with Dr. Steven B.
Singleton in Fort Worth, Texas. Stan is a native Texan, and graduated summa cum laude from the Texas Tech University Health
Science Center in 1998. He completed his Physician Assistant training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center
at Fort Worth, receiving his degree in 2001, and is currently licensed and certified to practice medicine in Texas and South
Carolina.
He is a member of several state and national organizations, including a fellow in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as membership in Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery society.
Stan is involved in all aspects of patient care including seeing patients in the office and assisting in surgeries, in addition to helping with other regular duties such as sports event coverage, hospital, and research.
He and his wife live in Spartanburg and enjoy many outdoor activities together. They have two children.
